Parks Around the County and Surrounding Areas
Salt Lake County maintains over 70 parks throughout the valley. Find the County park locations by viewing a map or by its address. Note that other cities and government entities maintain their own parks system. Visit other cities' contact information.
Reservable County Facilities
24 of these are parks with reservable pavilions. You may also reserve picnic areas up Mill Creek Canyon during the summer months and a mountain yurt during the winter months. Reservations of park pavilions and equipment rentals may be made by calling the Park Operations Office at: 385-468-7275, or 385-GOT-PARK.

Salt Lake County maintains a number of types of parks from small neighborhood ones to regional parks and parks of special interest such as trails, parkways, and nature areas.

Accessibility
All County park facilities are wheelchair accessible. Due to the steep terrain at Big Cottonwood Regional Park and at the west end of Canyon Rim Park, a wheelchair user may need assistance.
